Welcome to the website of the Employment Prospect in the Knowledge Economy research project. EPKE is a European Union Funded research group of six economic institutes that carries out research on comparative analysis of levels of economic performance and differences in growth rates in the European Union.

Several of the contributors to EPKE are also participating in EUKLEMS, a project funded by the European Commission as part of the Sixth Framework Programme. The first EUKLEMS Consortium Meeting was held in London on the 26th and 27th October 2004.
