At the Economists’ Breakfast Briefing on Friday 4 May we will present and discuss analysis associated with NIESR's quarterly UK and global forecasts, published earlier that morning in the May issue of the NIESR Economic Review, entitled ‘Using NiGEM in uncertain times'. 

The Briefing, chaired by Director Jagjit Chadha, will feature presentations from Garry Young, Director of Macroeconomic Modelling and Forecasting, and Amit Kara, Head of UK Macroeconomic Forecasting. We will also  highlight how policy makers around the world have been using NIESR’s Econometric Model, NiGEM, to answer policy relevant questions.

 

Registration at 8.30 for prompt 9.00 start.
