Luisa Corrado

Luisa is Professor of Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata (Department of Economics and Finance). Her research is inter-disciplinary and uses multiple methodologies ranging from computational macroeconomics to microeconometrics, network and spatial analysis.

Additional Information

She is currently co-editor of the journal Spatial Economic Analysis which is specialized in spatial and network econometrics, regional and housing economics. She has been recipient of several international recognitions, among others the Regional Studies Association Membership Grant 2015, the Marie-Curie Excellence Award 2008 from the European Commission for Research in Social Science.

Potential topics during include: (i) the interplay between household consumption and housing wealth in driving recent business cycle fluctuations and its implications for policy; (ii) macroprudential and unconventional policies; (iii) the impact of Open Market Operations (OMO).
