Fran Leadbeater

Fran is HR and Staff Development Manager at NIESR.  She has worked as an HR Consultant and internally, and supported numerous organisations in a broad range of areas, including; management development training, staff development,  complex employee relations cases, organisational restructures, undertaking independent investigations, HR audits, strategy and planning.  Fran has a BA in sociology from the University of Sussex and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kingston University.
