Senior Social Researcher

Research interests: 

Nathan no longer works at NIESR

With expertise in the interdisciplinary study of labour market disadvantage, Nathan undertakes research on a wide range issues relating to poverty and equality. He has particular interest and expertise in LGB&T equality, and the relative disadvantage experienced by lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people across different policy areas. As a mixed methods researcher, Nathan has expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods. He has particular expertise in providing syntheses of research, and has undertaken evidence reviews for the Government Equalities Office, the Equality and Human Rights Commission, the Department for Education and the Trades Union Congress.
